Real estate in Magnolia and north of Houston

North of the city I photograph listings in Magnolia, The Woodlands, Tomball, Conroe, Montgomery, Spring and Cypress. Listing photos are $195 for homes up to 2,500 sq ft and arrive the next day. Twilight is $345, and drone aerials add $115 after an airspace check for the address.

Houston and Inside the Loop

In Houston I take on apartment communities, construction progress, and interiors for builders, designers and restaurants. Inside the Loop I cover the Heights, Montrose, the Museum District, Midtown, River Oaks, Rice Village, West U, Garden Oaks, Oak Forest, EaDo and Downtown.

Portraits, families and headshots

Sessions are outdoors, at home or in your own space, and I suggest spots near you. Newborn sessions are always at your home, so there is nowhere to drive with a new baby.

Drone flights and airspace

Some addresses around Houston sit in controlled airspace, so every drone job starts with an airspace check for that address before I confirm the flight. I've held an FAA Remote Pilot certificate since 2021.
