Apartment and multifamily photography in Houston

I photographed apartment communities from 2016 to 2019, before I started shooting homes for Redfin. Clubrooms, pools and grounds, lit so a prospect can picture living there.

A community package covers the shared spaces that lease units: the clubroom, the pool and the grounds, 30 photos in all. Aerials of the whole community can be added, flown under my FAA Remote Pilot certificate after an airspace check.

What's included

  • Clubroom, pool and grounds
  • 30 photos
  • Drone aerials of the community on request
  • Photos licensed for your website, listings and social media

Questions

Can you fly over the community?

Yes, when the airspace allows. I check every address before I confirm a flight.

Who owns the photos?

I keep the copyright, and you get a license to use the photos for what we agreed: your website, listings and social media. Wider use, like ads or print campaigns, is licensed separately.

How far ahead should I book?

At least 48 hours ahead. Sooner is possible for a $100 rush fee, when my calendar allows.
