Privacy policy
Short version: I only keep what you send me to answer your request, and I never sell it.

What I collect
When you send a booking or quote request, I receive what you type in: your name, email, the service, a date, your budget or home size, a property address or location if you give one, and your notes. Apart from the form, the site sets no cookies and runs no ads or analytics.
How it reaches me
The form is delivered to my email by Formspree, a form service, which stores each request so it can send it. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site. Each company handles that data under its own privacy policy.
How I use it
To reply to you, plan and photograph your session, check the airspace before a drone flight, and send your invoice and photos. I don't sell, rent or share your details for anyone's marketing. Property addresses never appear on this site.
How long I keep it
Requests that don't become a booking are deleted within a year. For clients, I keep what I need for my business records, such as invoices, for as long as tax rules require.
Your choices
Ask me to see, correct or delete what I hold about you and I'll do it. Send the request through the quote form with "Privacy" in the notes.
