About Ashley Rudel, photographer in Magnolia, Texas

I'm Ashley. I live in Magnolia and work across Houston, from the pines up north to the streets inside the Loop.

I started out photographing apartment communities, in photo and video, from 2016 to 2019. In 2017 I began taking my own clients: restaurants, portraits and brands. Since 2020 I've photographed homes for Redfin, and in 2021 I earned my FAA Remote Pilot certificate so I could take the camera up.

What ties it together is light. Golden hour in the pines, a kitchen mid-morning, a pool just after sunset. I go where it's good, and wait for it when it isn't.

I like work that's clear from the start: you tell me what you need, I show up, and the photos arrive. Email is best. I don't take calls.
