How a shoot works

Pick a time on the booking page calendar, or send the package, the address and the date you want.
I confirm by email within one business day, with a link to sign and pay before the shoot.
Before the shoot I send a short note on getting the property ready.
Your photos arrive in a private online gallery the next day.

Good to know

Lead time: At least 48 hours ahead. Sooner than that is possible for a $100 rush fee.
Holidays: Holiday dates add $100.
Payment: Real estate is paid in full before the shoot. I send the payment link when I confirm.
Access: You don't need to be there. A lockbox or door code is fine; note it on the booking form.
Delivery: The next day, within 24 hours of the shoot.
Using the photos: To market that listing: the MLS, your website and social media.
Contact: No phone calls. Send a request through the booking or quote form and I reply within one business day.

Twilight and drone

Twilight is $345: the full listing shoot, plus five exteriors at blue hour, when the windows glow. It suits homes with a pool, a lit patio or a strong front. Drone adds 10 aerials to any listing for $115, and I check the airspace for the address before I confirm the flight.

A checklist for your sellers

The photos are only as good as the house on the day. Send your sellers the listing prep checklist a day or two before the shoot: room by room, plus twilight and drone.
